What is Spam?

Spam is the massive send-out of unsolicited bulk e-mails; understanding by MASSIVE the indiscriminate send-out of emails and by UNSOLICITED, those emails which have not been expressly authorised by the addressee.

Our ANTI SPAM Commitment

In Pulpower we are highly committed with the Anti-Spam policies, therefore we do not allow the use of our technology to perform such activities.

All users who receive emails with our technology, should have expressly authorized the reception of those messages.

Measures to guarantee our SPAM policy.

In order to ensure the compliance with the Anti-spam policies, we take the following steps:

  • Proof and guarantee that the unequivocal user’s consent has been obtained lawfully.
  • Inclusion of two essential elements in all the emails:
  • Unsubscribe link.
  • Valid email address which enables effective communication with the person who performs the action.
  • Prohibition to disguise or hide the identity of the sender.
  • Monitoring to detect misuse or improper activities.
  • Cleaning and maintenance of databases.
  • Deactivation of users who have not made any positive action in previous months.
  • Internal audits.
  • Biennial audits performed by independent experts.
  • FEEDBACK LOOPS, receiving all the information about the complaints from the users in real-time

Consequences of breaching our Anti-Spam policy.

As soon as PULPOWER LTD detects a breach of the Anti-Spam policy from one of its customers, we proceed to indicate the necessary instructions so that the customers correct the mistakes within a reasonable period of time. If the incorrect action has not been stopped or 100% of the required measures are not taken within that period of time, we will proceed to terminate the contractual relationship.

Other measures.

In addition to the above mentioned, it is totally prohibited by PULPOWER LTD sending materials which are:

  • Illicit or violate public order and morality
  • Discriminatory on grounds of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion or any other condition or personal or social circumstance.
  • Materials which violate intellectual property rights or any other nature rights.
